By using Cratița you agree to these terms. We have kept them as simple as we can.
What we offer
Cratița suggests weekly meal plans, recipes and shopping lists based on your store, budget and household. It is provided by Eugen Costică, a private individual in Romania.
What is free and what is paid
The app is free to download. All recipes (search, filters, every recipe page) and “What do I eat now?” stay free. You also get 2 weekly plans and 5 shares of recipes or lists for free.
After that, you can unlock the app for 14,99 lei, one time. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Unlocking gives you unlimited plans and sharing and everything we add from now on.
Payment goes through the App Store or Google Play, in your account there. Refunds follow the rules of the store you bought from; you request them from Apple or Google. If you change phones, use “Restore purchase” with the same store account.
Prices
Prices and totals are approximate, estimated by us from prices seen in stores. They are not offers and are not guaranteed: actual prices, promotions and availability may differ in store.
Recipes and allergens
Recipes are written by our team and are being reviewed; not all of them have been cooked and tested in a kitchen yet. Quantities, times and portions are approximate.
Allergen and diet information is guidance only. Product ingredients differ between brands, so always check the label, especially if you or someone in your household has an allergy. Cook meat, fish and eggs thoroughly and follow good kitchen hygiene.
Cratița does not give medical or nutritional advice. For allergies, pregnancy, illness or special diets, ask a doctor or nutritionist. What you cook and serve remains your choice and responsibility.
App content
Cratița’s texts, recipes, illustrations, name and design belong to us. You may use them for personal purposes, including sending a list or recipe to someone you care about. You may not copy them in bulk, resell them or publish them in another product without our permission.
Liability
We do our best to keep the app working correctly, but we provide it as is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; if a change is important, we will let you know in the app. Romanian law applies. If something goes wrong, let us try to sort it out directly first; you can always contact the Romanian consumer protection authority (ANPC) or the competent courts.
